Three steps
Fetch
Documents are fetched directly from the official source on a schedule. We can raise the check frequency on individual documents when you need changes caught faster.
Compare
Content is normalized and compared against the last verified version. Formatting noise and metadata churn are filtered out to avoid false alerts.
Alert
You get an alert with a summary of what changed, by Telegram or email. Custom alerts and other service integrations can be added on request.
Who it's for
Teams that depend on current terms
Content sites and media
Articles that quote rates, fees, or terms go stale the moment those terms change. Monitoring flags the change so you can refresh the page before readers or search engines find it outdated.
Comparison platforms
Comparison tables depend on data accuracy and a dated record of when each figure was verified. Change alerts support that accuracy and the record-keeping obligations under MAS FSG-03 for digital marketers.
Competitor and partner tracking
Competitor pages, fee schedules, and partner agreements change without notice. Monitoring keeps a dated record of what changed and when, so your team is not the last to know.
